The first deed of delivery to the state of 4 thousand 646 m2 built without a permit, the areas seized by the Government as a result of the last Normative Act against construction without a permit, was signed.

Rama said through a video message that 4646 m2 built without permission in the center of Tirana will be used according to the law for public interest.

" No one, not the oppositions who leave no accusation unsaid, not the media who leave nothing unsaid, not even the justice system, which leaves no yard or attic in the suburbs unpunished, didn't see them, didn't tell them, didn't listen to them, did not ask for the floors and meters built without permission for the purpose of profit up to and in the middle of Tirana. Because all of them either have their finger stuck, some more and some less, some directly and some indirectly, in the honey of bricks and concrete, or their eyes are so blinded and their ears are so blocked by the hatred that fills their mouths with slander, with lies, with accusations that are very strong with the weak, but very weak with the strong.

But who has memory knows that I started the fight against illegal constructions and the battle for urbanizing taste and civilizational modernization together with politics, without ever giving up, with many achievements, but also with some failures.

We have reduced ten times the number of square meters without permission that the builders of the palaces used to have right here in the capital of Albania, but we still have not been able to stop them at all, because they have always found a way to buy the right anyway that they don't have, by paying inspectors, any police, any chief of the police station, but of course by taking hostage the court and prosecutors who have always had an easy time showing their zeal with the weakest, for a yard or a roof without a permit like I said.

But now we have come to the last chapter of this long effort and after we have seen that the justice sold for the money of meters without permission has repeatedly opened an escape route, we have taken a new government decision and closed every path, because they can forget me and this government, nobody can buy us! I and this government are determined to take every effort to the end without tiring either from the often strong turns, nor from the uphills, nor from the countless daily downs, in these difficult times.

Here is the first act of submission! 4,646 square meters without a permit in the middle of Tirana, are transferred to the state with a notarial contract. And this is only the first act of taking property for public interest in illegal square meters, which will be followed by others until the last square meter. Therefore, whoever deals with me and us by showing us as those who hide behind the towers and behind the palaces, let him see the truth well or let him continue to bark, but I assure all those who want a just Albania and that they want an Albania where the law is the same for everyone and there are no strongmen before the law, because I will never betray them ", said Rama.
