The President of the Republic, Sh. TZ Bajram Begaj, through a telegram, expressed his condolences for the death of the Editor-in-Chief of the "Panorama" newspaper, Mr. Aristir Lumezi .

Among other things, Begaj has described Lumezi as the editor-in-chief who conveyed the western spirit to the Albanian written press through his management philosophy.

The president's reaction:

Dear Eleonora and the Lumezi family,

I learned with sadness the news of Aristiri's passing, which saddened all those who knew him personally, but also those who knew him through the screen, his writings and analysis.

Albanian journalism lost today the Editor-in-Chief who conveyed the western spirit to the Albanian written press through his management philosophy.

Aristiri was the journalist, field reporter, editor, editor-in-chief and analyst who never compromised with the truth. Today, the Albanians lost the man of the analyzes conveyed with courage through the prudence of the unfortified career in the media.

Albania will always need the professional model that he conveyed in the media. I believe that all those who cooperated with your beloved heart will take him as an example of how they should write and maintain attitudes in relation to the truth.

May Aristir Lumezi rest in peace !", said President Begaj, in whose name a wreath of flowers was also placed in the coffin of journalist Aristir Lumezi's body.
