The trial for the leader of the opposition, Sali Berisha, was postponed to the Special Court, a session which should have been held for the two-month information. 

The next session was scheduled for July 19.

Berisha's lawyers have requested the documents, for which the court says they must pay.

Berisha requests the documents for two months of information free of charge.

Notification:

Dismissal of the request submitted by the applicant Sali Berisha, with the object: "The exclusion of judges Ilir Panda, Sokol Binaj, Sandër Simoni, from the trial of criminal case no. 61007-00370-00-2024, which belongs to the appeal against decision no. 85, dated 17.04.2024 of the Special Court of Appeal Against Corruption and Organized Crime".

This decision was announced to the applicant Sali Berisha and the judges,  Ilir Panda, Sandër Simoni and Sokol Binaj .
