The former mayor of Kamza Xhelal Mziu clashed with the mayor of Lezha Pjerin Ndreu.

During the discussions in the Territorial Reform Commission, Mziu addressed Ndreu, saying that he does not understand the figures for the number of employees in the Lezhë Municipality, while also using the term "parrot" in his direction.

"Don't make me a parrot. Let me speak. O friend Pierre. Oh policeman friend. Where do you find out from your numbers? You are a piece of wood from this part. Territorial reform also highlighted problems that arise because of what is required.

I would ask for the opinion of those who actually have information about the functioning of the local government. Wouldn't it be normal for the delegation of powers to make the payroll. Couldn't the local government function like Kosovo or other countries in the region. For a municipality to have the competence of pre-university education until the appointment of directors", said Mziu.
