For almost 2 hours, the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, is in front of the KLP troupe where he is reporting on the work of the institution he leads throughout 2023.

At one point, it seems that Dumani was irritated by a question from one of the members of the KLP, Tartar Bazaj, who asked him if the prosecutors could become dangerous for society?  

Dumani said that they are the most controlled people today and this cannot even be thought of raising his voice.

" The prosecutor controls the work of the investigator, he is in the office. We are back to being manual workers, we do everything ourselves. You get used up, you get tired. The prosecutor is checked from morning to dinner. SPAK is one of the most monitored institutions. We are checked by preliminary investigation judges, checks every day. You monitor me, that's why I'm here today. The head of SPAK reports to the Assembly, ILDKPI controls our assets, monitors every movement of our accounts. We are the most controlled people. You don't even have to think about this as a member, Mr. Bazaj (raises his voice) ," Dumani said.
