The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, has made several proposals for changes regarding the competences of this institution of justice. In the report before the High Council of Prosecution, Dumani said that the limit of the corruption figure currently investigated by SPAK, 50 thousand ALL, should be even higher.

Meanwhile, as he is looking for more investigators of the National Bureau of Investigation, he says that the 20 prosecutors that are currently there are enough to do the job.

"There is no need to increase the number of prosecutors, there are 20, investigators should be added. SPAK's competences for corruption should be seen, let's talk about the monetary limit of 50,000 ALL, this limit should be much higher, there is also room to repair some other criminal offenses, but I see this as an emergency", he said. says Dumani.
