The Laws Committee approved today the amendments to the Electoral Code.

At today's meeting, it was decided that the state would pay for postage for votes from abroad.

The counting of diaspora votes by party commissioners has also been approved. 

The deadline for the list of candidates for MPs was brought forward, with the submission to be made on March 12, while previously it was on March 22.

The Democratic Party did not agree on this point and voted against it. 

The Commission also decided that parties can raise funds equal to 5 times the amount of money the state gives them for campaigns.
