MP, Klotilda Bushka , has reacted for the first time after being placed under investigation by SPAK.

This response came from Bushka after MP Dashnor Sula requested that she step down from chairing the Laws Committee meeting and have it chaired by Dhurata Çupi .

Sula:  Madam Speaker, yesterday's event of the arrest of the mayor of Tirana, the former mayor of Tirana, has brought a new situation for the Laws Committee as well. I would not like to go into more detail, but simply from the point of view of the procedure of the function, it would not be honest and moral for you to lead the Laws Committee at a time when you, in the publication of materials by the media and which have been made known to the public, and from a statement by Spak, it appears that the chairwoman of the Laws Committee has attempted to prevent the discovery of the truth. When this happens to you, imagine what situation we will be in. I would beg you to call to your conscience and have the vice-chairwoman of the committee, Ms. Çupi, lead the committee.

Bushka: This is a non-investigative law committee. I am the head of the committee and I am exercising my duty. If I have something to clarify, I will clarify it there. I am and will continue to be dignified. Let's continue the committee meeting.
