Lulzim Basha has decided to appeal to the Supreme Court the Appeal decision that gave the seal of the Democratic Party to Sali Berisha.

Basha told reporters that the democrats should unite against the regime of Edi Rama, under the DP logo, but added that Berisha is not a solution.

Basha called the decision of the Appeal unfair and unfounded.

"The decision was unfair and unfounded. DP cannot be an anti-corruption party, anti-SPAK, anti-our strategic ally the USA. It is clear that Mr. Berisha is not the solution to remove Edi Rama, but he is an asset to keep Rama in power. We want to unite the Democrats under the logo of the Democratic Party", said Basha.
