The leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, has reacted after the changes in the law on Parliamentary Investigative Commissions, accusing Prime Minister Edi Rama of being afraid of transparency.
Basha says that the transparency of the corrupt affairs in which Rama's government is immersed will become more definite, and according to him, there is no card or machination that stops this.
Basha's full reaction:
He who has nothing to hide is not afraid of transparency.
Edi Rama's machinations to prevent the opposition from transparency of corrupt affairs through investigative commissions show his fear of the truth. But transparency about the corrupt affairs in which the government is immersed today, which is impoverishing and forcing Albanians to leave, will definitely be done.
Today half of the government is at the door of justice and behind bars, and all those who have abused will soon give an account for their corrupt affairs.
The time of impunity is coming to an end, Edi Rama's cartoons cannot stop it.
