The Assembly adopts 7 laws and resolutions, from how many pro votes each of them

Seven draft resolutions and laws were approved in today's plenary session, after numerous debates by MPs. Three of them were voted with 102 pro votes, another with 90 pro votes, while the other three with 74 to 77 pro votes.

We recall that the request for the adoption of the resolution condemning the Serbian genocide in Srebrenica was rejected by a majority vote of the Socialists in the Assembly.

Draft resolutions / laws / decisions adopted in the plenary session:

Draft resolution for evaluating the activity of the Deposit Insurance Agency for 2021

76 votes in favor 36 votes against 3 abstentions

Draft resolution for the evaluation of the activity of the institution of the Competition Authority for 2021

74 votes in favor 39 votes against 3 abstentions

Draft law on ratification of the loan agreement between the Council of Ministers of Albania and the French Development Agency for a policy-based loan to support gender equality in access to economic opportunities in Albania

77 votes in favor 25 votes against 7 abstentions

Draft law on ratification of the amending protocol to the convention on the protection of individuals with regard to automatic processing of personal data.

90 votes in favor 15 votes against 5 abstentions

Draft decision on some additions and changes to the decision of the Assembly number 92, 2017 on the approval of the organizational structure, staff and salary classification of the staff of the Special Appellate Panel as amended.

102 votes in favor 1 vote against 10 abstentions

Draft decision on some additions and changes to the decision of the Assembly number 93, 2017 on the approval of the organizational structure, staff and salary classification of the staff of the Independent Qualification Commission amended

102 votes in favor 1 vote against 10 abstentions
