The Re-establishment Commission has asked the candidates running for the DP leadership to maintain the ethics of ethical political communication, focus on the positive campaign by focusing on political platforms and alternatives and not to engage in negative rhetoric.

This statement comes immediately after the candidate Ibsen Elelezi labeled the chairwoman of the Election Commission Albana Vokshi, as "Damiania of PD" accusing her of manipulating the electoral process in PD.

Also, the Election Commission has again asked Ibsen Elez to submit an agenda for holding meetings in the branch.

In the next meeting of the Commission for Organization and Control of Electoral Operations, the calendar of meetings of the candidates for Chairman of the Democratic Party was discussed.
 
We inform that Mr. Sali Berisha has submitted to the Commission the calendar of meetings for the next five days. Meanwhile, Mr. Ibsel Elezaj has not yet submitted any request for branch meetings.
 
Based on the Internal Regulation on the Modalities of the Electoral Process for the Chairman of the Democratic Party, points 3, 5, 7 and 9, the candidates are invited to send to the Commission a draft Calendar.

The commission has the duty to immediately after receiving the request from the candidates or their representatives to contact the relevant branches and to provide notification of membership for each meeting.
 
The Commission has taken all measures to ensure each candidate:

- Digital membership list;

- Working facilities and the necessary electoral infrastructure both in the Headquarters and in the headquarters of the branches;

- List of contacts of leaders in each branch of PD;

- Full access to the PD press office.
 
The Commission for the Organization and Control of Electoral Operations informs that the Commission meets every day at 10.30.

He stands ready to convene at any time of the day whenever there is a need for a decision-maker to accommodate every request of each candidate, a decision which has been made known to the representatives of the candidates for President.
 
At the same time, the Commission urges candidates to respect the statement signed by them on maintaining the norms of ethical political communication, focusing on the positive campaign by focusing on political platforms and alternatives, and not engaging in negative rhetoric.
 
The commission is committed and will continue to work diligently to ensure fair competition, transparent procedures so that Democrats can elect the Chairman of the Democratic Party by free, secret, equal and direct vote.
