Children's Home Competition, Rama: We create better conditions for orphans!
Edi Rama

Prime Minister Edi Rama was present at the International Competition for the " New Children's Home and State Inspectorate Complex ".

In his speech, the head of government said that with this project they will create better conditions for orphaned children.

He also mentioned several other projects from the new sports palace, the National Library, and other works.

Describing Albania as a point of reference for architects, the prime minister said that the country's young architects have the opportunity to learn from foreign "masters".

Rama: Another reason to feel good at the end of the day is the fact that we managed to place another project in the queue of these projects that are already in an advanced stage and some of them are ready to receive the development permit and start work.

Thanks to this process, we will have a new stadium of European proportions, another new architectural work, the National Library, a much-needed environment for years, as well as another prominent work in the history not only of our country, but of contemporary architecture.

We will also have a new office complex for the administration and a significant number of institutions. We will have the new Sports Palace, an impressive work that received the support of the jury in the project, as well as a number of other works of great public interest.

We are paving the way for two new directions for the future, creating entirely new conditions for children who are in the hands of society's solidarity, orphans, as well as for the new corps of inspectorates, and I want to thank the chief inspector who for 10 years in a row led an institution that was born from nothing.

While projects are being developed and new agreements are being signed, and Albania has become a reference point in the world of architecture, Albania is also an open university that gives young architects the opportunity, through direct collaboration, to gain knowledge and experience that no work practice offers.
