Adriana Kalaja, Municipality of Tirana, is being criminally charged: She

The Municipality of Tirana has filed a criminal complaint against citizen Adriana Kalaja. The latter, this morning, prevented the Municipality employees from carrying out their routine work of moving written materials to the archive building.

According to the report submitted by the Directorate of Security of Facilities and Ceremonial of the Municipal Police, Kalaja obstructed a vehicle of the Municipality's public facilities maintenance company, blocking the road and refusing to leave. After a few minutes, a Traffic Police team arrived at the scene, who asked her to clear the road, but she continued her obstructive behavior.

The report states that Kalaja verbally threatened the truck driver and used offensive language towards municipal police officers.
