The mayor of Skrapar. Adriatik Mem a, has been criminally reported to SPAK for " Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials ".

The head of the Municipality of Skrapar, Adriatik Mema, has been criminally charged to the Special Prosecutor's Office by two citizens of Skrapar, citizens Adriana Qevani and Miranda Bakiasi .

Mema is accused of committing the criminal offenses of "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials" and "abuse of office".

According to the criminal report filed in SPAK, the mayor Mema has favored through inaction the company "Topi - Eki" sh.pk and the citizen Anesti Topi, who have also been reported to SPAK and are accused of the criminal offense of "Active corruption of high state officials or of local elected officials", and "Cleaning of the proceeds of criminal offences".

In the lawsuit, it is claimed that Adriatik Mema has allowed the citizen Anesti Topi to destroy a plot of land of 5.3 ha of 50-year-old forest land with beech and maple wood, located in Leshnje Municipality, Skrapar.

According to the complainants, this land is being used illegally and unfairly by the complainants, the company "Topi - Eki" sh.pk and the citizen Anesti Topi, who have been favored by the law enforcement institutions but also by the Municipality of Skrapar.
