The decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the complaint of the former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, regarding the checks in his apartment and his roommate Eriola Hoxha, is clarified.

The Constitutional Court decided that there was no violation of the subjects' rights.

The Meeting of Judges notes that the petitioners have contested the court decisions given by the GGKKO of Appeal and the Supreme Court, which have decided in turn not to accept the appeal against the decision of the GGKKO of the First Instance that accepted the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office for personal and apartment control.

In the complaint of the Constitutional Court, it does not appear that they have opposed the decision of the First Instance GJKKO that allowed the control, nor the provisions of the KPP that regulate the control procedure.

In other words, the petitioners did not oppose the control of the apartment, the inviolability of which is guaranteed by Article 37 of the Constitution, nor the personal control, but they chose to oppose the court decisions that did not accept their appeals (appeal and recourse).
