This is Kaceli

In Tirana, all the boxes have been counted in the voting centers for the Municipal Councils where the Socialist Party won convincingly with 34 mandates or with 50.41% out of 61 in total.

Together We Win lost one mandate towards the end and managed to get only 15 mandates, 23.29% of the votes. The lost mandate belonged to Keda Kaceli, who attracted the attention of the media with the curse "The seeds were sown" for all those who voted for Belind Kelliçi.

The mandate lost by "Bashke Fitomje" went to the Social Democratic Party, which counts 3 mandates or with 4.38% of the votes. The official Democratic Party ranked third with 6.79% of the votes, which translate into 4 mandates. Lévizja Bashke, Nisma Thurje, PDIU, LZHK and PR received 1 mandate each.

The status of Keda Kaceli, who lost his seat in the City Council:

"I thought...or do you know how it works? Today I will not talk to anyone about the literature of the PPS. Kshuqe... I thought Tirona really deserved a Belind. Yes, Tirona was not ready for a dog. Tyrone has lost his lordship and they don't even know the name of the lords. We always have God behind us, we will have God before everything, you don't even know it.

We are gentlemen before you. You, like us, will never be bored! I told you Tirona Be Lind that I really believed it, yes, I really did. For many of you, I used to call you Tirona Be Lind. That's it. Yes, Tirona today we lost a Belind who will cry for a long time. Too long. Those of you who voted were blessed, those of you who believed, may you be blessed! I'm grateful for the good news. "Kryt nolt Belind Kelliçi",  she writes.
