It seems a bit strange, but a European leader has come to the EU Summit held in Tirana with torn shoes
This detail was captured by the camera of the photographer Armando Babani, who posted the photo on social networks, posing the question to find whose followers they are.
"The Prime Minister of whose country participating in the Summit is the holder of the shoe? (As for help, it is NOT the Albanian CM)" he writes.
But, in a statement for Report tv, he revealed that they belong to the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte. "It is also a joke in Europe that the Dutch are a bit shy", said Babani.
He also revealed who were the characters that the camera "loved" the most and who they didn't. "The Serbian president, Vucic, was more difficult because he was very rigid, while the others were very relaxed," Babani said.
