The Ambassador of the European Union Delegation, Silvio Gonzato, announced in a post on the "X" platform that he organized "an open discussion between the ambassadors of EU member states in Albania and Jorida Tabaku and Oerd Bylykbashi from the Democratic Party."
“Today at the EU Delegation I hosted an open discussion between the ambassadors of EU member states to Albania and Ms. Jorida Tabaku and Mr. Oerd Bylykbashi from the Democratic Party. We exchanged views on key reforms, such as the Electoral and Territorial Reforms, as well as on democratic participation in the process of Albania’s integration into the EU.
"A transparent and inclusive legislative process in Parliament through active and constructive engagement by all parliamentary groups and meaningful consultations with civil society representatives is essential for Albania to adopt sustainable reforms for the benefit of its citizens," Gonzato's post reads.
We recall that Gonzato has been publicly attacked several times by Sali Berisha and other DP leaders for serving Prime Minister Edi Rama.
