The Central Election Commission will approve today the filling of the vacant seats in the Parliament as a result of the mayoral candidacy in the May 14 local elections.
But on the agenda, the fact that two candidates for deputies who were at the top of the ranking to receive the mandates have not accepted it stands out.
Thus, after the departure of Benet Beci from the list of the SP in Shkodër, Ilir Beqja was next in line to receive the mandate, but as we learn from the published agenda, Beqja did not accept the mandate.
In the ranking of the CEC, after Beqje is Frrok Gjini, who is also expected to receive the mandate of deputy.
The same situation is with the list of the Democratic Party, where after the departure of Zef Hila, who will run for the head of the Municipality of Vau de Deja, Bardh Spahia is running for the Municipality of Shkodra.
After the rejection of the mandate by Spahija, Lodovik Hasani is expected to take the place in the Parliament.
