The Democrats demand the de-registration of Basha as chairman of the Democratic

Democratic MPs take another step in court. Edit Harxhi and her lawyer Endira Bushati demand the deregistration of Lulzim Basha from the court's register of political parties as the chairman of the DP.

The request was made by Edit Harxhi in the context of the judicial process started on June 30, 2021, where he sought the absolute invalidity of the elections for the president of the DP in June of the same year.

Until now, there has been no hearing in the court regarding this process, while today Bushati requested a change in the object of the lawsuit "from the absolute invalidity of the elections for the head of the party" to "the deregistration of Lulzim Basha from the register of political parties".

" We hope that the court will establish justice in a very essential matter for me and for other democrats ", said Edit Harxhi in a statement to the media today from the outside premises of the court
