The Conference of Speakers was engulfed today by debates between the opposition and the majority on the issue of postponing the meeting of the mandates council that would review SPAK's request for Balluk's immunity.

During the ongoing debate, Gazment Bardhi informed the Conference of Speakers that SPAK has registered criminal proceedings on the complaint he made on behalf of the DP against the Speaker of the Assembly, for not convening the mandates council.

The writer asked SPAK if it had registered such a proceeding and received the answer: " We do not comment on political statements ."

Regarding this statement by Gazment Bardhi at the conference of mayors, Taulant Balla said that it is ridiculous that before waiting for the Assembly, in accordance with article 116, point 4, for complaints about the interpretation of the regulation, a report is filed.
