The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, called the protest organized on Saturday by the opposition a tsunami of freedom for Albanians.

He called Prime Minister Edi Rama the biggest enemy of the country since the dictator Enver Hoxha.

Berisha has made Prime Minister Edi Rama responsible for the departure of Albanians from the country.

In his speech, Berisha said that after 32 years, the world sees Albanians as the people of rafts.

"Just like 32 years ago, the world sees us as the raft people. So let's stop for a moment, why today, after 31 years of freedom, we again became the people of the rafts. Is Albania to blame? No, never ever! This enemy of your vote, of your freedom, does not know the law, the constitution or morals, he does not know anything and has rushed with all the machinery of his narco-state to rob Albanians of their vote, dignity, hope, and trust. After Enver Hoxha, Edi Rama is the fiercest enemy of our freedoms ," Berisha said in his speech at the protest.

"Rama has established complete monism, so I invite you today from this square to chant, just like two years ago, "death to monism". Edi Rama, we will archive your monism".
