Sali Berisha, at the closing rally of the electoral campaign this Friday in Tirana before Sunday's elections, also had a message for former owners and the politically persecuted.

Apologizing for the laws previously approved to their detriment, the former prime minister promised to repay the obligations towards them within his first term, while saying that he would cancel all of Rama's laws.

"Vote on May 11 for your well-being because our program in the first 100 days will fivefold the subsidy for every sapling planted for every head of livestock raised. Gather everyone and vote for change, it is a vote for your success. I have a message for the former owners and the politically persecuted, asking for forgiveness for the mistakes that this party has made in the past with certain laws. I give you my word of honor that the obligation that Albanian society has towards them, Sali Berisha considers his debt of honor, which will be repaid within one mandate. We will cancel all of Edi Rama's current laws that plunder all property like in 1946," said Berisha.
