Socialist leader Edi Rama is seeking 20 parliamentary seats in Tirana for the Socialist Party out of the 18 it currently has.
In his speech at the closing rally of the Socialist Party in Tirana, Edi Rama called on the capital's residents to think about Albania in the EU on Sunday.
