Although under the "house arrest" measure by SPAK investigating for corruption and abuse of office, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has warned of protests throughout Tirana.

Berisha said during his speech from the window of his house that today Albanians are under "terror and fear", reason why he is silent.

He said that very soon democrats will march on the streets of Tirana in a battle against the crime dictatorship.
