Why are the Albanians leaving? They are leaving because there is a genocidal policy. Edi Rama is doing everything to remove the people from Durrës, to remove the Albanians from Albania. If you create calculable conditions that make their life unlivable in the country, this is called genocide and this removal is a crime against humanity.
