Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha appeared again this evening at the window of his apartment, addressing a few dozen supporters below with a speech.

Berisha has thrown a flood of accusations against the government of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the institutions of the new justice, although from time to time he has encountered problems with the audio system.

We recall that a few days ago, audio technicians appeared at the former Prime Minister Berisha's apartment, installing a new audio system to enable him to speak with a microphone through the window.

Berisha's going out the window and allowing strangers into the apartment have been commented as a violation of the measure that SPAK has imposed on him and forces him to remain under house arrest, not communicating with anyone except family members.
