The former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj, in implementation of the security measure "obligation to appear", went to SPAK on Friday afternoon.
After leaving the premises of SPAK, he stated that he asked for his laptop to be returned. Also, he emphasizes that it has been four weeks since he requested, among other things, all the reports of the KLSH, "on which the claim of various violations is built and they have not yet been made available to me".
Beqja also spoke about Ermal Kurtulaj, as well as who owns the "Gzona" restaurant.
"I have not appealed the control of the apartment, or the things that were taken from me. I requested that the next day, that at least the laptop with all the sterilization materials be given to me as soon as possible in order to continue the communication with SPAK on the issue of sterilization. As I am open to apply everything that justice requires, but as I also ask justice to at least be correct with me. It's been four weeks since we requested, among other things, all the reports of the KLSH, on which the claim of various violations was built, and they still haven't been made available to me ," said Beqja.
"I have known Ermal Kurtulaj for more than 15 years. I know him early. Since May 2022, he has worked not in SASPAC, but in a project that was also followed by SASPAC", he further added regarding his friendship with what SPAK describes as his realtor.
Asked if he knows whose "Gzona" is, Beqaj answered:
"It is a question that seems inappropriate to me. From February 2020, there is no financial-economic connection with my family. My wife left in February 2020, that is, 4 years ago, and from all the work she did in the "Gzona" investment, she got back 1.5 million lek ," he said.
