Democratic deputy Gazment Bardhi has reacted after the DP referred to the Constitutional Court the 2 billion dollar project of the port of Durrës.

In a post on Twitter, Bardhi calls this act legal idiocy, since according to him, an agreement ratified by the Assembly can no longer be subject to constitutional control.

He asks Berisha's group to make a real opposition and not make fun of the Albanians. Bardhi further adds that the matter of the Port of Durrës will actually be sent to the Constitutional Court, but properly, as soon as it is approved by the Assembly.

Question for first-year law students: Is the compatibility of international agreements with the Constitution checked by the Constitutional Court, before or after ratification?

Pity for every deputy who has sworn on the Constitution and signed legal idiocy & mocks the Albanians, because he allegedly hit the Durres Port affair, where in fact he hit an agreement ratified by the Parliament, which can no longer be subject to constitutional control!

Make a real opposition, make fun of the Albanians. The Durrës Port Affair will actually be sent to the Constitutional Court, but properly and as soon as it is approved by the notaries of the Government in the Parliament.
