Baton Haxhiu: Rama has no confidence in ministers! Code Ethical, an offense

Changes to the Ethical Ministerial Code prohibit ministers from going to casinos and meeting with businessmen outside official purposes. The code also prohibits public statements, or on social media without the approval of the Media and Communication Agency.

Starting from the content of this code, analyst Baton Haxhiu says that if he were a minister he would not implement it.

"The Code of Ethical treats ministers as people without conscience and who have no faith in the public. This ethical code points to the destruction of consciousness for those who run ministries," he declares.

According to him, The Code shows that Rama has no confidence in his ministers and prejudices them as corrupt.

"How can you tell the minister you shouldn't go to the casino? We don't have to meet with businessmen. To prejudge him as corrupt," Haxhiu said.

Haxhiu added that the definition of some detailed rules shows that many ministers are persons without conscience.
