'Re-establishment' opens applications for DP chairman, the three

The Democratic Party Re-establishment Commission has opened applications for candidates who want to run for mayor of this political force.

The decision was signed by the chairwoman of the Commission for Organization and Control of Electoral Operations, Albana Vokshi, as well as by members Enno Bozdo, Edith Harxhi, Ervin Minarolli and Keltis Kruja.

Elections for the new chairman of the Democratic Party will be held on May 22 according to the decision taken in the Assembly on April 30. The deadline for submitting candidacies for DP chairman is until Saturday, May 7.

Candidates who apply must submit documents such as:

1. Written request, expression of interest;
2. Curriculum Vitae;
3. Completed image purity form.

So far, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has stated that he will run for chairman of the Democratic Party, while the other two names in question are that of Edvin Kulluri and Fatbardh Kadilli.
