A strong clash was recorded in today's plenary session between Prime Minister Edi Rama and DP deputy Gazment Bardhi.
The democratic MP accused that the highest leaders of the SP have engaged oligarchs and mafias to intimidate the opposition MPs to vote for Ardian Dvoran as a member of the Constitutional Court. Bardhi also mentioned names like Samir Mane and Salillari.
Bardhi: We complained about the attempt to return the Constitutional Court to your branch. I repeat, maybe they did it without your knowledge, but the top leaders of the SP not only asked for votes for Dvoran. They engaged oligarchs and mobsters. Zamir Manen, for example. Salillarin your friend. Here I am giving the example. Don't be angry.
Rama: Give me an example where a person was influenced by so-and-so.
Bardhi: Who are mafiosi? Leave the oligarchs, you are focusing on the mobsters. Give an account of why you engaged the oligarchs.
Rama : Palace, you are the palace of the circus.
At this moment, there was a revolt on the part of Prime Minister Rama, shouting to Bardhi "you are a circus palace" or "go away, hound", while the democratic deputy called the Prime Minister "legend".
The Deputy Speaker of the Assembly Ermonela Felaj has excluded Gazment Bardhi from the plenary session.
