Sali Berisha continued his accusations against Prime Minister Edi Rama regarding the case of former head of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni. Berisha says that national security has collapsed and that Hyseni has made every order on Rama's orders.

He is definitively proven as the head of the first and only narco-state in Europe. With the super scandal of Vlora Hyseni, appointed outside any criteria to the most important position in relation to national security, who remained there as a servant of two masters, Edi Rama and Aleksandar Vučić, she put herself entirely at the service of the criminal organization. There is no more serious act in relation to national security in the history of the Albanian state. This constitutes a major act of its annihilation and betrayal of national security. But, Vlora Hyseni has implemented Edi Rama's orders, orders, in every one of her activities.
