After over an hour of discussions centered on the accusations against the former head of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni, tensions in the Assembly have begun.
Speaker Niko Peleshi signaled the continuation of the agenda for an interpellation with Minister Sofjan Jaupaj, but the opposition objected and continued by slamming their hands on the tables and blocking the podium.
The speaker then signaled a few minutes' break again until the floor was cleared. Even after returning to the Assembly, the opposition continued to block the floor.
"You have talked for 3 hours about the procedure, we must continue with the agenda. We cannot talk about the procedure with violence. We cannot be held hostage for 3 hours about the procedure of the hearing.
"Sit down, under these conditions we cannot hold a session. When we move on to the next point, you have the opportunity to ask for the floor for a procedural matter," Peleshi said.
The SP MP, Erion Malaj, proposed an immediate vote and it was approved by the Assembly. A 10-minute break is given.
