The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha,  has stated that he will implement the decision of the Appeals Court of Kosovo (GJKKO ) that reinstated the measure of " compulsory appearance " against him.

The leading democrat said he would appear after "Parliament has authorized my arrest."

But, he stressed that the matter will go to Strasbourg.

Sali Berisha: We are dealing with an ugly constitutional crime. The justification was that Berisha is attacking the Court and SPAK.

However, the case will go to Strasbourg. I will appear, because Parliament has authorized my arrest.
