Jamarbër Malltezi is also the owner of 6 construction units in Tirana with an area of ​​about 1.2 thousand m2.

These properties are located at the former Partizani Club as well as at 'Mustafa Matohiti' street in Tirana, one of the most expensive areas of Tirana, where Sali Berisha's house is also located, an area which is also called 'Sala Street'.

Other assets are basements, garages, land and arable land. All assets are registered from 2012 to 2022, with the exception of two plots of land of 2,270 m2 and 3,000 m2, in Priska i Madhe, which appear to have been registered since October 2004.

After coming from Kosovo to Tirana in September 2005, Argita Berisha stated that together with her husband, Jamarbër Malltezin, she had 39,500 dollars in the bank and two thousand euros in balance, to pay off a loan.

The other money saved from the salaries they had received in UNMIK in Kosovo, they had invested in real estate.
