Prime Minister Edi Rama has shared footage from the meeting with his governing cabinet ahead of the Intergovernmental Conference.
"We'll say it now that we accept. Do you agree to marry her? Yes, I agree," Rama jokingly said in a meeting with his cabinet before the start of the Conference.
