Gazment Bardhi was elected a few days ago by the deputies of the official PD to be the chairman of the parliamentary group after the resignation of Enkelejd Alibeaj.

This Monday, Bardhi was invited to the show "Opinion" where he was asked if the resignation of Alibeaj is an attempt to make possible a possible return of Lulzim Basha to the head of the DP. But Bardhi ignored the question, not giving a concrete answer.

I was one of the only ones from both parties, together with a large part of the parliamentary group, who called on how the entire DP should enter an election. Now we are in a new phase when the elections are over. I have not commented on the election result because there is no need to comment. As a politician, each of us will only have to read that result.

Gazment Bardhi: Let me make an explanation. I have accepted the responsibility of the leader of the parliamentary group, but I do not have the quality that Alibeaj had in the leadership of the Democratic Party.
