During the joint press conference with his counterpart Dritan Abazovic, Prime Minister Edi Rama was asked by journalists about the "Open Balkans", to which he said that he simply said that he had already accomplished his mission, while calling that the countries of the Balkans must come together and look forward, leaving behind the old and backward mindsets.
Has Albania given up on the "Open Balkans"? If yes, what is the reason? And secondly, what is your relationship with Mr. When you?
Edi Rama : First, Open Balkan is not my private company that I opened and I closed. It is a joint initiative of several countries, where I have had the privilege to be a part.
I have simply said that the Open Balkans has fulfilled its mission, but I do not imagine that organized processes or initiatives will have to stop all of them. And I repeat it is a joint initiative.
I have expressed my opinion at this point because I countered it with conspiracy theories. All these theories have damaged the Berlin process. We must focus very strongly on the Berlin process now.
This is a time when we should be together as much as possible. We are all part of the same mindset, which means this is a time to wrestle with the ghosts of the past and fight these backward mindsets.
We cannot live with Oso Kuka when we have entered the time of artificial intelligence.
