Another case of illegal gambling has been cracked down on by the Fier Police. During the operation codenamed "No Games", officers discovered an environment set up for gambling inside a bar in the "Kastriot" neighborhood, where 16 people were caught red-handed playing poker.

43-year-old Rudenc Cenko, a resident of Tirana, suspected of being the organizer of the gambling, as well as 49-year-old Dhurata Sherifaj, a resident of Fier, administrator of the premises where the activity took place, were arrested.

16 citizens were prosecuted while at large, who were caught playing games of chance in a bar.

During the search, police seized a poker table, a box of 500 chips, six packs of gambling cards, five mobile phones and 8 thousand euros.

The operation codenamed "No Games" is finalized, another case of illegal organization of gambling is cracked down on.  

It is discovered in a bar in the city of Fier, an environment adapted to the development of this activity. 

2 citizens are arrested (the administrator of the bar and the organizer of the games of chance). 

Criminal proceedings are being filed against 16 citizens who were caught playing games of chance in a bar. 

1 poker table, chips, gambling cards, 5 cell phones and a sum of money were seized. 

The services of the Fier Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the services of the "Eagle" Special Force of the Fier Police Department, within the framework of controls to prevent and crack down on illegal gambling activities, based on information obtained operationally that this activity was being carried out in a bar in the city of Fier, have organized and finalized the operation codenamed "No Games".

During the operation, the Police services intervened in a premises in the "Kastriot" neighborhood, Fier, which had been rented and managed by citizen Dh. Sh. During the intervention, a room was discovered that had been adapted for the development of games of chance, which were organized by citizen RC, and 16 citizens were caught red-handed playing games of chance. 

Following the actions in the case, citizens RC, 43 years old, resident of Tirana, and Dh. Sh., 49 years old, resident of Fier, were arrested in flagrante delicto.

Also, the following citizens were released: K. Ç., 38 years old, DK, 44 years old, AV, 39 years old, KH, 45 years old, LM, 42 years old, FA, 59 years old, AI, 37 years old, OM, 37 years old, KH, 49 years old, DV, 46 years old, EB, 40 years old, DV (T.), 31 years old, L. Xh., 39 years old, VT, 35 years old, FP, 41 years old, and SD, 28 years old, residents of Fier, Tirana, Durrës, Korçë and Berat. 

Gjatë operacionit, u gjetën në lokal dhe u sekuestruan në cilësinë e provës materiale 1 tavolinë pokeri, 1 kuti me 500 çipsa, 6 pako me letra bixhozi, 5 celularë dhe 8 000 euro. 

Materialet procedurale iu referuan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Fier, për veprime të mëtejshme.
