Pedagogist  Ilirjana Kucana has publicly denounced that she has been threatened due to her activism in the student protest, where she stood alongside her students to protest in front of the Ministry of Education.

Through a public reaction, Kucana announced that, after heading to the protest with the students, he received a threatening message on his phone.

 

According to her, her photo was sent in the SMS and she was reminded of her daughter, considering this a threat that also affects her family.

After the event, the pedagogy stated that it has filed a report with the relevant authorities and is awaiting a full clarification of the circumstances, as well as the identification of the responsible persons.

"I am not victimized and I am not afraid!", says Kucana, emphasizing that she will continue to stand by her students in defense of their rights and demands.

She has called on citizens not to remain silent, to make public cases of threats and to contact the relevant institutions.

FAMILY THREATS DUE TO MY ACTIVITY IN THE STUDENT PROTEST!

Due to my activism during these days in the student protest, as a teacher, I have received family threats. 

After I left the faculty with my students to protest in front of the Ministry of Education, I received a threatening SMS, where my photo was sent to me and I was reminded of the girl. Then I went to the authorities with a report and I await the full disclosure of the incident and the identification of the people behind it. I am not a victim and I am not afraid!

I will be with my students every day, in their defense, as a mother and as a teacher. I have been and will always be on the side of youth, because I believe that dignified education, freedom and the European future of Albania are protected by standing together. I am making this event public also because I know that there may be many students, teachers and citizens who have received threats, but have chosen to remain silent out of fear. Do not be afraid!

Make the threats public and address the relevant authorities. Silence should not give strength to those who seek to intimidate us. No threat to me or my family will keep me away from the students. You cannot seek a European future for Albania and remain silent in the face of the intimidation of young people and those who support them.

You feel your end, but threats will not save you! We will be together, in defense of each other, of the students and of the future of our country. NOTHING CAN STOP THIS STUDENT REVOLUTION! make this text news to me
