The commander of the Shkodra police force, Fasli Rama, is in serious health condition.

The police officer was urgently sent to Tirana because his life is in danger as he has a serious head wound.

The commander was hit in the head with a stone by protesters who were in front of the local police of Shkodra.

During a clash with officers, police officer Fasli Rama received a severe blow to the head and was in critical condition.
