Former President Ilir Meta has reacted again from his prison cell, regarding the impasse created with the hearings at the Special Court , due to the lawyers' boycott. 

In a post on social media, Meta states that this clash continues to bring very serious consequences with the delay of judicial processes, which affect not only the interests of the state, but also regular legal processes themselves. 

Meta also accuses the Parliament, the High Judicial Council and other institutions of failing to respond to this issue. 

Full reaction:  

The continuation of the deliberate conflict between the First Instance Court of Appeals and the National Chamber of Advocates continues to bring very serious consequences with the delay of judicial processes, which violate not only the interests of the state, but also the regular legal processes themselves, as well as severely violate the effective protection of citizens involved in these processes. 

This situation becomes even more serious when the Parliament has not only been silent for two months and pretends not to see, but also refused to include the only legal initiative undertaken by the Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Freedom Party , Mr. Tedi Blushi, on October 14, 2026, in the work calendar on October 22, 2026. 

Likewise, the silence of the High Judicial Council for two months seriously undermines trust in institutions that have a constitutional duty to administer judicial processes. 

The silence and lack of reaction of every institutional actor that has its constitutional and legal responsibilities clearly proves that we are dealing with a politically directed conflict in the interest only of Edi Rama and the organization he leads. 

Of course, this conflict with the director is a continuation of the soap opera "Justice with the Director", which has long since destroyed the rule of law with the aim of installing the only Narco-dictatorship in Europe.
