The area is not on the river, but on agricultural land next to the river, where people have eroded several hectares, taking gravel. The entire area resembles a large crater, not from bombs, but from human hands and machinery. Fiks films with a drone the heavy vehicles that are filling up in that place and sending the inerts a few meters away, to a huge construction site filled with inerts, which now resembles a large mountain. There are dozens of vehicles that are being filled.

After this observation, Fiks Fare's group goes to that place. All the heavy vehicle drivers, as soon as they see the group, quickly leave. The trucks leave without loading and everyone stops working. Only the road worker remains at that place, while Fiksi tries to ask him. He says that he has just started and does not prefer to be filmed. He covers his face and says that "you found him with me". He then runs away, where Fiksi's group follows him but he quickly leaves.

A few moments later, a black vehicle arrives at the scene, with 4 people inside, who ask the journalists what they were doing. They say they are residents of the area and have no connection and that perhaps the owners could be doing work on the highway. Fiksi asks them to talk to the owners, who they are, and if they have permission to come, because they are waiting for them. Then, Fiksi films the eroded crater, over 10 meters deep and several hectares, where they film the two excavators left in that place, after the trucks leave. At this moment, a vehicle arrives in the area again and takes the excavator, sending it many meters away.

The Fiks Fare group films the place where they hide him, while another person comes to that area, who after hiding for a few minutes, goes and tries to take the other excavator. When he goes to the excavator, they ask him what company he works for. He says that he has been working for 2 days and that his brother took him there. They ask him if the inerts were going to the big point, and he answers that they were.

Meanwhile, the journalists had notified the police, the Police Operations Room in Peqin, where they also notified the Director of the Elbasan Police, as well as the head of the IKMT, Afrim Qendro, sending them photos, videos and the place where it was being eroded. The police were late in arriving at the scene, while the person who was standing got on the second excavator and tried to leave. After more than 2 hours, a police patrol arrived at that place. At this moment, as soon as the excavator saw him, he turned it off and got into a BMW vehicle that was waiting for him. The vehicle passed through the field, at speed, and passed next to the police patrol, which surprisingly did not stop it.

Fiksi signals to the police to stop, but none of them react. They come calmly and quietly, while we tell them again that the people who were eroding have fled and how did you stop them. One of them tries to follow them, while the crime boss Altin Çelaj stands by. Fiksi asks him why they didn't react, didn't stop them and pretended not to see them. He says he didn't understand the situation. They ask him if the police had any information about all this or not, he says no and he has only been in that area for 2 months.

After many minutes, the IKMT employees also arrive, they were also unaware. Fiksi informs the employees that there is another vehicle and sends them to the place where they had "hidden" it. The police and IKMT carry out verifications. The Fiksi Fare group informs them that the inerts are sent to the next point, while the crime chief tells them that he will stay at the scene and that the forensic experts will come here. He does not go to the inerts point. The journalists also give him the vehicle license plates and he tells us that they will verify them.

The actions of state officials have been extremely slow, especially the police, raising suspicions that they may have been aware of the entire situation.
