After Cardi B made the rounds by punching a fan with a microphone, an ugly scene unfolded at a 50 Cent concert.

The popular rapper became irritated at one point during his live performance, after the microphones that the production gave him did not work as he wanted.

Infuriated, he threw one of them in public, injuring a girl who, as TMZ reported, needed stitches after the microphone landed on her forehead.

So far, there have been no statements from either the rapper or the injured girl.
