The actress and former resident of "Big Brother VIP", Olta Gixhari, was invited to the "Wake Up" studio. Olta spoke openly about her experience in this show, but also her relationship with the other residents, especially Luiz.
For starters, what is life like now after "Big Brother VIP"?
"Life after "Big Brother" is difficult. Going out on the street now is crazy. I experienced this kind of fame in 2008 when I was playing in the theater and people were waiting in line to take a picture with me. I experienced fame then without social networks. It was very beautiful and with pressure. The same is the case today. I tried to go to the bar several times and many people came. But the important thing is that they tell me Olta Gixhari, not Olta of "BBV" ."
There was a lot of hate speech against Olta on the net, how did she see this?
"I find it unbelievable that people talk in this kind of language about this reality show. I didn't feel it too much because I was inside, but when I came out I saw that my family and my partner were dealing with this. Getting feedback it's hard like that. But thanks to God, I came out in a period where they started to love me."
How does she explain these kinds of negative comments from so many people?
"I've made an analysis, we as a people have a hard time accepting someone who can display a greater power than they want. I didn't need the fame of "Big Brother". I've been like that and suddenly I walk in , where the exposure is great, I strip myself of any VIP aura. And people say why did he come in here, he must have bought the prize. And they start hating you."
Do you regret leaving your journey in the middle?
"I have no regrets. I did not leave it in the middle, I took it to the end. I did 100 days. I had that much in the contract. The last month was unforeseen. I have been making the decision for the last few days. 10 the last day was the duel between Olta the mother and Olta the player. My soul was burning to go to the boy and to Dori. Then I wanted to push it to the end and fight. It was one of the most difficult decisions of my life."
