You think you are smart but are you older than those born in September?

Those born in this month, apparently, are smarter than others. A study published in the National Bureau of Economic Research found that there is a correlation between the month you were born and how smart you are.

The University of Toronto, Florida and Northwestern University study analyzed the cognitive development of 1.2 million students in the US to determine which month seems to produce the smartest people.

The study found that students born in September were more likely to have a higher grade point average than others.

But also, the study found that those born in September were less likely to go to jail. So there may ultimately be something magical in the ninth month
