Madonna and Pope Francis

For some time now, Madonna has been the headline of foreign media, due to the separation with her ex-boyfriend 35 years younger, the sex poses she shares on social networks and the publication of her newest album.

But this time, the world-famous artist has surprised everyone after he made a public request to Pope Francis.

Through a post on social media, Madonna has sent a strange message to the Pope, asking him to meet with her to discuss important issues.

Apparently, the artist has been excommunicated three times as she writes that she is a good Catholic and wants to sort things out.

"Hello @Pontifex Francis - I'm a good Catholic. I swear! I mean I do not swear! Several decades have passed since my last confession. Would it be possible to meet one day to discuss some important issues?

I have been expelled 3 times. It does not look right. "Honestly Madonna", the famous singer wrote on "Twitter".

Pope Francis's Twitter page has been very active since the singer made this post, however she has not yet received a public response. The tweet, which was posted on the 63-year-old singer's page, left many of her fans puzzled and confused as to why she posted it.

Some have described it as an unusual publicity strategy for the release of the new album 'Finally Enough Love' on June 24, while others see it as a real desire of the singer to make peace with the Church.
