Reporter says Dua Lipa is buying more luxury villas on the south coast:
I love Lipa

The world-famous Albanian singer, Dua Lipa, has been choosing the southern coast of Albania for her summer holidays for several years now.

Dua is a great promoter of Albanian lands and has given considerable help to Albanian artists to achieve greater success.

It is no longer a secret that Dua Lipa is the owner of a villa in a resort in Saranda, but according to journalist Klotilda Harka, Dua plans to buy other properties in the south.

Harka claims that Dua Lipa will invest in Jala beach.

"It seems that she is extending the territory even more to the south of Albania because she has come twice this summer as she is looking to buy some more luxury villas, this time on another beach, in Jalë. She is investing in Jalë and this is the reason why she is coming more often and it seems as if she will have her residences on every coast of the south by now", said the journalist on the Rudina show.
